Awards of up to $8,000 are available to Pell Grant recipients taking part in virtual and in-person international experiences.

Boren Awards of up to $25,000 are available to students of all proficiency levels who are studying a wide variety of critical languages and are committed to enhancing their skills. The Boren Fellowship covers expenses associated with overseas study including tuition, living expenses, books, supplies, equipment, travel expenses, and insurance.

Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) offers scholarship for qualified international students who are accepted by a Japanese university, graduate school, junior college, college of technology or professional training college under a student exchange agreement or other student exchange arrangement on a short-term basis from 8 days to one year between Japanese school and their home higher educational institution outside Japan.
